Admission voicemail

Use the powerful business organisation-class voicemail feature of 8x8 Work for Desktop to view and heed to your voicemails online, have them delivered to your email box, or admission them by phone. Features

In addition to finding your received voicemails under Calls in the app, you can also admission and manage your voicemails via phone. In addition, y'all can edit your settings to be notified via electronic mail when you receive a voicemail.

To admission and manage voicemails from the app:

  1. Go to Calls > Voicemails to view all recent voicemails.
  2. Roll through the list or enter the phone number you lot are looking for in the search bar.

Access voicemail via email

To admission and manage voicemails via email as an Ten Series or Virtual Office Editions user:

  1. Under Settings > Account settings > Voicemail, enable email notifications for incoming voicemails.
